Steve Scherner
Real Estate Investment Analysis
Scherner created his own real estate development company, Commercial Developing Consulting Services Inc. For the last three decades Scherner has developed a personal real estate investment portfolio with over 40 different projects created from the ground up to operation, chiefly in Northern and Central California. His early work was a leasing and sales agent for two of the largest commercial real estate marketing firms in America, Cushman and Wakefield (then a Rockefeller company) and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Scherner is also experienced in analysis of U.S. monetary policy and fiscal policy.
